A Passenger named OkhilChandra Sen wrote a complaint letter to the SahibGanj Divisional railway office in 1909 which is now a treasure of IR. The main content of this letter was :
Customer Complaints were heard by Indian Railways in British Raj |
This letter is on display at the Railway Museum in New Delhi and was also reproduced under the caption Travellers Tales in the Far Eastern Economic Review.
